IFZA: a Dubai address, sold only through agents
IFZA is one of the two cheapest genuine Dubai addresses. It recovers through the establishment card, per-visa fees and, since 30 September 2025, mandatory financial statements at renewal.

THE READ
Who it suits, and when it does not.
It suits
Consultancies, agencies and holding-plus-service businesses that need a Dubai address at the lowest defensible cost, with a broad activity list and fast issuance.
Look elsewhere if
If banking credibility is the binding constraint, DMCC or a mainland LLC will clear faster. If cost is the binding constraint and the address does not matter, SHAMS or RAKEZ are cheaper on a like-for-like basis.
Disclosure
Aethoras holds a partner relationship with IFZA. We disclose this rather than let you discover it. It does not change what we recommend, and we say plainly when a cheaper zone would serve you better.
QUESTIONS
Asked about this zone.
Why can I not buy direct from IFZA?
IFZA sells exclusively through registered agents. That is why the same licence is quoted at different prices, and why every figure here is Indicative until checked against a current agent schedule.
What changed on 30 September 2025?
Financial statements became mandatory at renewal. Budget for accounting from year one rather than discovering it at renewal.
