READING THE TABLE
Four notes before you compare buildings.
Approved, not proposed
We publish the approved budget. Proposed figures circulating before approval are not comparable and are excluded.
Per square foot, per year
All figures are annual AED per square foot of the unit area used for billing. Chiller charges are shown separately where they are not in the budget.
Master community charges
Some communities bill a separate master charge on top of the building budget. Where that applies, both lines are shown.
Direction matters more than level
A building at a moderate charge rising fifteen percent a year is worse than a higher charge that has held flat for three cycles.
