The entertainment cluster is the demand engine: it fills hotels, staffs itself, and pulls families into long leases within a short drive of work.
That same cluster is why Yas carries the largest construction pipeline in the emirate.
The Disney announcement, worded precisely
Disney and Miral announced on 7 May 2025 an agreement to create Disney's seventh theme-park resort on Yas. It is an agreement; no opening date exists. Confirmed as agreement only.
